Versatile and universal design
The versatile design of the measurement systems means that you can tackle all types of measurement quickly and accurately. You can measure all types of rotating machine, large and small, equally well, regardless of shaft diameter, and with a measurement distance of up to 20 metres*. As a user, you are guided through the measurement process on screen step-by-step. The measurement values are continually updated, which makes adjusting the machine easy. With the built-in tolerance check you get a clear indication when the machine has been sufficiently aligned, which shortens the work time considerably.
More than just shaft alignment
The standard versions of Easy-Laser® already offer measurement programs and equipment for most types of rotating machines*. As well as the alignment itself, it is also possible to check the flatness of the base on which the machines are mounted. This means that the system is extremely suitable both for the establishment of new installations and for continuous maintenance work. In addition, there are a number of accessories that further extend the areas of use, for example, sensors for vibration measurement. Using a single instrument, you have the potential to trouble-shoot and prevent wear and breakdowns in your machines. Easy-Laser® offers what is probably the most competent and cost-effective measurement system for rotating machines on the market!
